I had a good experience with this service department. Although my credit card was flagging the charge as fraud, which has been fixed, and my keys went missing for a few minutes (never truly lost), but it is how the day was going for me. Everyone was friendly and responsive.

I have been taking my vehicles to Hardin Chevy for the past 35 years; they always took good care of me. When I went to my routine oil change maintenance that day, they noticed I needed some other things done. I went ahead and gave them the approval to change the parts. I went to Crow Agency and imagined my surprise when a light came on that I needed washer fluid added. I quickly called Hardin Chevy and wanted to talk to Jessie, but Ethan answered and when I told him about it. He said come back and we would take care of it for you. I went to Hardin, and some guy was waiting for me, and he added the washer fluid to it. I was really sick that day and just wanted to go home and rest.

I brought my truck in because on Friday September 19th it would not start. when I pushed the start button the engine would turn over, but would not fire. (Almost like no fuel) The engine light was on. Saturday the same issue. Sunday the same issue. Monday morning the engine started and the engine light went off. I delivered the truck to the dealership for a diagnostic check, the dealership found nothing, but the charge was $130.00. the dealership also changed the oil and rotated the tires, for that I am greatfull but frustrated that this issue was not resolved and is likely to happen again possibly leaving me stranded.

Specifically requested my oil changed and tire pressure be checked. Service department changed oil. No problem there. Then checked wear on the brand new tires. After asking service desk about the tires I was told they’re good to go. When driving home I received a low tires alert. I checked the vehicle maintenance screen and tire pressure was exactly the same as when I pulled into the service bay. Someone needs to explain to your service personnel the difference between checking tire pressure and tire tread! Now I get to stop in Sheridan, WY and have my tires aired up. 28, 29, 30 and 30 is too low when they’re supposed to be 35 each.
